Many youths are being drawn towards the idea of entrepreneurship and innovation these days. Acknowledging this interest in the youths, the Global Youth Entrepreneurship Challenge (GYEC) has been announced and registration is now open.
The event will be happening online on Saturday, May 28, 2022. It is a 12-hour business idea competition targeted at high school students. The GYEC provides a platform for young entrepreneurs and aims at encouraging them to develop their knowledge and experience of expertise. It is also an opportunity for high school students from across the globe to interact and network with one another.
14 to 19 year old students who are attending high school are eligible to apply for the competition. For registering, participants need to form a team of up to 8 eligible students. Ideally, the team should possess a broad range of complementary skills and knowledge in areas such as science, technology, business, marketing and communication. Their idea should be able to solve a significant global problem through an innovative and sustainable enterprise idea.
Register before 3rd April. For details on registration, please check their official website.
