Job Title: Customer Support Head
Job Type: Full Time
Work Experience: Minimum 1 year (6 months of experience in email customer support)
Hours required per week: 8 hours (Sunday to Friday)
Salary: Negotiable

Job Responsibilities:

● Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner.
● Create effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
● Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions.
● Managing emails and keeping a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken.
● Write reports and analyse the customer service that your organisation provides.
● Develop feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use.
● Improve customer service procedures, policies and standards for your organisation or department.
● Learn about your organisation&#; products or services and keep up to date with changes.
● Reporting back on the executive team.
● Leadership/Supervisory Role to supervise day-to-day operations in the customer service
department.

Skills Required

● Customer Relationship Management Softwares.
● Messaging Platform such as Intercom.
● Emails; Cloud Services

Job requirements

● Must have 6 months of work experience in Email Customer Support.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Nepali
● Confidence, patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy, when dealing with difficult situations
● Soft spoken and an ability to work well under pressure
● A thorough knowledge of the product or service the company they work for is offering
● Efficiency and organisational skills with excellent administrative skills.
● Computer literate in order to type up reports, results and details of customer interaction
● Excellent internet and microsoft office package skills
