Girls in Tech – Nepal believes that to excel professionally in life young girls need a mentor who can provide them honest feedback and constructive criticism. The goal of the program is to identify and solve the obstacles keeping mentees from achieving their professional goals.
The ‘Mentorship Programme’ is a 3-month program where we’ll be pairing a mentee with a mentor based on the personality and domain of the mentee. During the program timeline, the mentees are expected to dedicate at least 1 hour per week for communicating with the mentors.
