Although the lockdown in Nepal has ended, the Corona Virus still remains. And along with the Virus, the fear, anxiety and stress have increased due to the high risk of transmitting the COVID-19 virus.
During this time, it is crucial to take good care of one’s Mental health. Hence, Youth Thinkers’ Society in collaboration with the UNICEF Nepal is organizing a Mental Well Being Workshop on the topic “ Coping with Stress Due To COVID-19 Pandemic” this Thursday.
The session will be facilitated by Dr Gunjan Dhonju, Mental Health Expert who is currently working as a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Unit at Kanti Children’s Hospital, Maharajgunj, Kathmandu. He is also a team member of the Child and Adolescent Community Mental Health Programme, UNICEF.
