Job Position: Digital Marketing Assistant
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
Experience: Working or Assisting in Digital Marketing project, knowledge of marketing techniques and trends.
Job Description:
- Supporting the Marketing Manager and marketing team with the project organization.
- Performing administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of marketing activities
- Updating databases, spreadsheets, and inventory lists
- Newsletter Designing for the Brand\
- Research Work
- Answer and direct phone calls; organize correspondence and answer emails
- Prepare and organize databases and reports
- Manage social media accounts and replies ( Instagram & Facebook Replies)
- Present excellent customer-service skills to customers and clients
- Manage filing systems, update records, and organize documentation
- Prepare and create PowerPoint presentations and materials as needed for Online Brand branding; research materials and sources for presentations.
- Help in executing Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing ( Facebook & Instagram)
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of Project Management Tool like Asana, Google Doc, sheets, Google Calendar
- Comfortable in a Remote working Environment. ∙ Understanding of basic Digital Marketing principles & tools ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detailed-oriented with strategy building skills.
- Must have Time Management skill
- Ability to follow instructions.
